Leslie Sisson is a multimedia artist, writer, teacher, and musician, primarily known for her work leading Moving Panoramas.
Leslie is classically and commercially trained and has taught all genres and levels of performance, songwriting, music business, and filmmaking, with professional experience in development, production, marketing, publishing, management, and touring the globe as a performer and crew member while working in television and radio. She is a published writer and film/television editor, producer, and songwriter. She earned her BS and MFA degrees in film, communication, and transmedia, and currently works as a communications specialist and college professor.
Over the decades, Leslie has been a member of The Wooden Birds, Matt Pond PA, Western Keys, Black Lipstick, The Rated Exes, Glad Girls, Black Forest Fire, Aero Wave, Tanworth-in-Arden, and The Mona Jane. Her guest performances include moments with Nada Surf, Mark Gardener of Ride, Broken Social Scene, American Analog Set, The Posies, Caroline Says, Josh T. Pearson, Dancer in the Sun, Booher, Windsor for the Derby, Rhythm of Black Lines, Dan Mangan, John Wesley Coleman, and she was the last guitarist to back up Daniel Johnston for his final live performance before he passed.

Leslie's time as road crew includes Vampire Weekend, And You Will Know Us by the Trail of Dead, and Sons and Daughters as merch manager, driver, guitar tech, and tour manager. Either as crew or performing over the decades, she's had the opportunity to support Nada Surf, Broken Social Scene, Franz Ferdinand, The Flaming Lips, Alvvays, Future Islands, John Waite, Luna, Sharon Van Etten, Great Lake Swimmers, Other Lives, Owl John of Frightened Rabbit, Still Corners, Britt Daniel of Spoon, Crooked Fingers, The Posies, Ben Folds, Matt Pond PA, Wye Oak, Folk Uke, Spiral Stairs, And You Will Know Us By The Trail Of Dead, Bright Light Social Hour, A Giant Dog, Sweet Spirit, Warpaint, Neon Indian, Night Drive, Tapes & Tapes, Gardens & Villa, Dan Mangan, Wintersleep, Mike & the Moonpies, Roky Erickson, Daniel Johnstson, Josh T.
